The room doesn't grow by making one name bigger, but through the people who come in and make things together.
Around the pieces runs a programme of exhibitions, live sessions, podcasts and gatherings with the people who make this city interesting.

Street artist and DJ, Amsterdam.
His paste-ups and stencils turn up on the walls of the city. Familiar faces, from Jip & Janneke to Karl Lagerfeld and Andy Warhol, often carrying a ghettoblaster.
The music came first. He started DJing in New York in the nineties and still plays across Amsterdam. Walls, records, t-shirts: he brings the street into the room.

Lhana has always mixed things that weren't supposed to meet. Costume and story, fashion and the dance floor, a performance in a place where nobody expected one. What she makes comes out of that mix, and out of the people she gathers around it.
Whether it is a performer, a garment or an artist, she gives it a story to tell, never just a place in the background.
Not models, but moments captured in stories. These photos show how the pieces live in real life, in real moments.
